Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and sealed.
•You must provide proof of purchase.
•You must contact us at info@agansp.com for approval before sending any return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
•Shipping fees are non-refundable.
•We do not cover return shipping costs.
•Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@agansp.com within 7 days.
